“Services” – means development of system architecture, infrastructure, and operational execution, and other services provided under these Terms and Conditions.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Services are custom-made and tailored to the Customer’s individual requirements. The Services are provided in digital format and execution generally takes from 30 business days, depending on the project's complexity. The final deliverables will be deployed in the Customer’s infrastructure, provided via email, a secure cloud storage link, or made available through the Customer’s account on the Website.
3. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
The use of the Services is prohibited for individuals under 13 years of age, and those between 13 and 18 years may only use the Services with parental or guardian consent. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or suspend Services if the Customer provides inaccurate information, uses the Services for unlawful purposes.
4. THE CONTENT
The Service Provider assigns to you all rights necessary to use the Content, provided that you have made the respective payment and the Service has been delivered. The Service Provider may still use the Content and its derivatives to maintain, improve, and offer the Services.
5. ORDER LIMITATIONS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

7. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
You agree to defend and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claims made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, you must not reverse engineer the systems, use automated data extraction methods (like scraping), falsely claim the Content was generated by you, or employ the Content in a way that violates anyone's rights.
8. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
You may close your account and stop using the Services at any time. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms and Conditions, which will result in the loss of access to the Services, though paid-up Content will remain your property.
9. PERSONAL DATA
The Service Provider will process your personal data to provide the Services, improve quality, and comply with laws, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. INFORMATION ACCURACY AND AMENDMENTS

12. APPLICABLE LAW & REGULATIONS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. We aim to resolve disputes promptly, and unresolved disputes shall first be put to mediation. If further resolution is needed, the courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
